Jackie has a BA in English from the University of Bucharest and a Certificate in Spanish from Escuela Internacional de Salamanca, Spain. A former British Council business consultant (1991-1996), Jackie has taken numerous British Council management training courses and also training in SME Business Consultancy at Durham University Business School in UK in 1997.

On a personal level, Jackie enjoys travelling, cooking and is actively seeking spiritual development.
